Cypress Studio: how to enable?

I have Cypress 13, and want to enable the Cypress Studio, but it does not show it.
In cypress.config.js i have put in experimentalStudio: true
Someone an Idea?
For information: I am an absolute beginner in development and cypress.

Cypress doesn't maintain documentation for older versions, like Cypress 13, last released in December 2024.

If possible, update to a minimum of cypress@15.4.0 where Cypress Studio became available by default.
