Browser cache size handling

I've found that my app in Cypress-controlled browser downloads most of js scripts every time I open new iframe (within same test, so no cache clean), while "manual" Chrome uses disk cache (and thus works faster). Is there any way to allow Cypress-controlled Chrome to use disk cache or to increase its memory cache size?
