Cypress printing raw characters after CTRL C of cypress open

Current behavior

Launch cypress open on Linux x64
Pick a browser
On the specs page
Do a CTRL+C on the terminal

Pressing the up key with show raw characters for that

Desired behavior

No response

Doesn't occur with Cypress 13.6.6
First occurs with Cypress 13.7.0

Unable to reproduce in dev mode
But getting this behavior with the binaries

What happens if you enter Ctrl-C twice?

It goes away but shouldn't require 2 CTRL+C's to restore the terminal to its original state

That would be consistent with the entry in the cypress@13.7.0 changelog:

Updated signal-exit from 3.0.3 to 3.0.7. Addressed in #28979.

It's really weird, I can't reproduce in dev mode (when building from source)
But I can reproduce the issue from the binaries
