Docker support

I just found this repo after looking around the internet to see if there existed programmatic support to access Renogy BT modules. I would love to be able to run this as a Docker container so I don't have to install Python, and just pass the bluetooth device on the host machine through to the container. I'm not sure about feasibility but I could take a stab at a PR to introduce docker support and upload to GHCR for distribution. Thoughts?

Hmmm actually on second thought, this would require running the container with --privileged and that is generally not great.
