Implement parallelized zarr conversion

Would it be possible to implement parallelized zarr conversion? This would help make the conversion of the big datasets faster. Thank you!

@vturonlagot We can look into that, but I'm wondering if this parallelization should happen at the Biahub level, where we run a slurm job batching every N or so FOVs for conversion.

What would be more useful for you?
