Hi, could that be because of Seurat versions? Tabula Muris objects are compatible with Seurat v2 but I do not know if they are compatible with newer versions.

Thank you for your reply. According to your suggestion, I changed the "Seurat" package to version 2.3.4, but there were new errors in the code. May I ask what is the reason for this?

@fengyt0831 Tabula Muris is not being maintained but Tabula Muris Senis is, and the Tabula Muris data is contained in Tabula Muris Senis (age = 3 months). For easy R compatible versions check here https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/collections/0b9d8a04-bb9d-44da-aa27-705bb65b54eb
