Execute tests on pull request POC

Hi guys,
this is more question to @vpostolov2 @shinedeveloper and @socker01.

What is your opinion on demonstrating that tests can run automatically for every PR.
I've created simple example in my fork. I would finetune it and make prettier but this was just hacky fast proof that I can add to this quesiton.
