Marketo gets the form using the following URL: https://{{DOMAIN}}/index.php/form/getForm?munchkinId={{MUNCHKIN ID}}&form={{FORM ID}}&url={{CURRENT PAGE}}. It supports JSONP callbacks. Use this to get form information for even more dynamism.
