📢 Upload Binaries to GitHub Release instead of git-lfs

The git-lfs is useful to upload large binary via git system but it takes much cost to pay.
Today, I uploaded binaries to GitHub releases and make it available directly from Swift PM.

When you want to use this project, you can use it as below:
