[FEATURE REQUEST] ... Install zipped 3ds because 4GB files and FAT32?

Hello, is it possible to install **zipped** 3DS files directly (or at least convert them to CIA files)? For example, 4GB 3DS files cannot be copied to the SD card due to the FAT32 limitation.

I know that there are other programs that can convert 3ds to cia. However, it would be nice if you could skip this extra step and do it directly in GM9.
