Filter ticket list/visualize ticket status #101
Description
Currently, for example within a group, a list of tickets looks like this:
To me, it is quite hard to tell which tickets are currently open, and sorting by status both only solves this partly and takes away the ability to sort by anything else...
It would be very nice to be able to filter this list of tickets as well and/or visualize more effectively which tickets are still open.
Edit: I now realize that this is possible by using the search which works without a "confirmation" button. Maybe just make this a bit more obvious?
