Incorrect scaling for '100% zoom' on images with specific or unusual metadata

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

I have a specific image file that fails to render correctly when using the 100% zoom feature. The image is scaled down to a fraction of its actual pixel dimensions.

1. Open the attached sample image file with ImageGlass. (The image's dimension is 2560x3840 pixels).
2. 100% zoom.

2️⃣ Actual behavior

2560x3840 to 100x160px in 100%
The actual width on the screen is only 2cm
Changing Windows scaling has no effect.
This prevents me from properly viewing this large image.

3️⃣ Expected behavior

The displayed size should be correctly calculated using dpi, or displayed pixel-to-pixel.
