1️⃣ Steps to reproduce
When using software to open photos in HEIC format taken with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, an error is reported:
"The error message has been captured in a screenshot and uploaded."

2️⃣ Actual behavior
When double-clicking to open the file, the program launches and displays a blank screen for about 1 second, then shows the text "Loading," followed by an error message. The error content has been screenshotted and uploaded. I have also sent you a copy of the original file.
3️⃣ Expected behavior
I hope to be able to open existing files normally, or could you tell me which formats the current software supports? And whether this issue will be fixed in future versions.
