Where do you get to remove hidden caches to reduce space?

app cleaner:
• Scan Android Data, OBB DIR
• Clearing Cache inside of DIR either via Shizuku or Accessibility services by auto open app info & tap clear cache

what for?
• force android or app regenerate cache

what i suppose to do if i want more drive space?
• delete app and it's file association permanently
