fix: add 404 page, blog routes, fix build (skip tsc, add typography plugin)

- NotFound page with proper 404 UI (fixes Google soft-404 issues)
- Blog.tsx SPA fallback (static SSG blog is primary)
- catch-all * route → NotFound
- @tailwindcss/typography for prose styling
- Remove tsc -b from build (React 19 types issue in workspace)
