Description
The current prototype is focused on one day at a time. But many questions (which?) are better suited to typical patterns over weeks or months. Or honing in on peak/night hours.
Some concrete examples:
- Which bus routes are used most frequently as the last leg of a journey?
- For journeys ending in a user-drawn region, where do the trips start and what route does the first leg use?
- Where are buses most frequently delayed in traffic or at intersections?
- Regularity and punctuality KPIs
For all of these, UI-wise, "filter"-style controls sound appropriate. By default, all imported data is queried. But users can select the date range, then also refine the time range.
