Custom Ublock Origin settings support

When scraping or doing other things of the sort optimization is key. Being able to edit the Ublock settings within playwright functions will give more freedom to do what we want. Currently I am doing this by editing the policy.json with Ublock settings as playwright overwrites the function to set a custom policy.json.

@volcanonn no need to this with ublock usually you just abort specific requests in playwright https://playwright.dev/docs/network#abort-requests
