Polish README: fix duplicates, AI writing patterns, and broken links

- Deduplicate Hashnode (3→1 per section), Codewars (2→1), GitHub Community (2→1), GitHub Topics (2→1), Built In (2→1)
- Remove misplaced Codewars Kata Collections from Communities section
- Replace StackShare (bot-blocked) with Libraries.io
- Fix daily.dev Squads URL (404→app.daily.dev/squads)
- Rewrite category intros to consistent second-person voice
- Remove overused AI-writing words: 'focused' (14x), 'curated', 'showcasing', 'topic-based browsing experience'
- Replace Hashnode Portfolio and Hashnode Community with Bento.me
- Replace duplicate Built In Remote with Hired
