Remove self-promotional entries and guided onboarding section (#9)

- Remove 'Start Here' section with persona-based paths (not standard for awesome lists)
- Trim daily.dev entries from 9 to 3 (Recruiter, Newsletter, Research Report)
- Removed: Skills Checklist Builder, Job Description Generator, Interview Questions Hub,
  Hiring Academy, Recruiting Resources blog, Tech Recruiting Glossary
- Keep only entries that are genuinely distinct products, not toolkit subpages
- Aligns with awesome-list conventions: neutral curation over product catalog
