Create an exemplar of a public domain work in a language other than English #301

Description

@wfree-aph
  • Focus: Non-English braille conventions, accents, and unique symbols. Will showcase the international nature of eBraille.
  • Would be good to use a language that uses non-Latin scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic, for additional complexity. A book with multiple languages would also be very useful- even if they use the same braille code.

Book must be public domain. The entire work does not need to be transcribed.

Success criteria is that the file uses the recommendations in the Best Practices, fully follows the spec itself, and can pass a validation check.
