Letting thru 0x1C2 message to VCM

What

I noticed a bug in the software, it is letting thru the 0x1C2 message from the battery towards the vehicle side. This is not needed on ZE0, but it is needed on AZE0+

Why

This should not affect anything, but it raises CAN bus load. Should be blocked for future versions

ah, in my use case I'm trying to put a 2015 LBC battery in a 2025 Leaf, not letting this message through gives the 2025 leaf an error. "limited output power", I suspect that this message comes from the second processor on the newer LBC. It was a safety feature added to the LBC at some point from what i can tell for redundancy. The 2025 VCM in the leaf I'm working on seems to through an error when its missing the 1C2 message. Allowing this message through on on models where your old LBC is going to be installed in to a newer leaf seems to be required. ( on my case i must generate it as the older LBC dose not send it i dont think) Thought I would add this here for anyone that run's across what i did. With this message missing my 2025 leaf shows theses errors: "U1000-01 0A EV/HEV CAN Comm Circuit" and "P3193-87 0A EV/HEV CAN error TMS-73" during my testing i sent this signal out on the can bus network using my can tool and the system error's went away. Possibly generating this message if its missing or passed through if its here may be helpful for some installs like in my case where i'm going from old LBC to newer leaf. ~Russ
