Publish pkgdown website to GitHub Pages

Status

Configuration files are already created:

• `_pkgdown.yml` — Darkly theme, organized function reference
• `.github/workflows/pkgdown.yml` — GitHub Actions deployment

Remaining Tasks

• Verify local `pkgdown::build_site()` builds cleanly
• Commit and push pkgdown files
• Enable GitHub Pages in repo settings (source: GitHub Actions)
• Verify site at https://dalyanalytics.github.io/counselor/
• Confirm demo video renders on the site
• Add package logo to `man/figures/logo.png`
