How to set my local time zone?

Thank you for this excellent docker image. It runs fine on my Unraid docker. Blind solve runs very fast at default image submission parameters.
However, the local astrometry.net web always reports time zone which is 11 hours behind my local time zone. I tried TZ keyword and input Asia/Bangkok in my docker-compose but no effect on the web reported time.
Would I be able to set the time zone for this docker image?
