B2C app registrations OnboardingAzureB2CCustomInvite

I'm trying to implement your sample on OnboardingAzureB2CCustomInvite but have a hard time configuring Azure AD B2C to have the correct App registrations to make the sample function.
Any chance you could clarify the needed parts (App registrations, scopes)?

I already have a Azure AD B2C tenant configured together with an client angular APP and a .net core API and i would like to implement user management locally.
