Please Add "Only Activate When ____ App is Open"

What is your problem
It is really annoying to have the quick accent open while gaming. While the "only activate when gaming mode is off" and excluding certain apps helps, I think there may be a better solution that doesn't require the user to remember to turn the mode on and off.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to put specific apps that need to be open (maybe and a way to do or and and operators) for the tool to operate. I think this would work for a lot of people because when using quick accent there are a few commons apps: your browser, your text editor, and possibly your slide deck creator. This is substantially smaller than the number of games the average person has, which can well exceed 50 and would be a pain to add manually.

I would also appreciate this. It's hard to know the name.exe of all the game as well. That or a keyboard shortcut to turn the utility on and off could also work. But I like the suggestion above better.
