<title>MOV_TEXT subtitle not working on Google TV

Description

I've tried using both ExoPlayer and MPV but neither of them worked. The setting for the decoder module is "Only use FFMPEG if no built in decoder exists" because my tv supports pretty much every format and I direct play everything so theres no transcoding being used. I've tried playing the file in the official jellyfin app and the subtitle did work there. Here some info for the file I was trying and the log I've uploaded is right after I tried playing it.
