Black screen (and no menu) while trying to watch a 4K movie #1018

I was trying to watch a 4K HEVC file in my collection, and the screen just went black. The audio was still playing, but the screen was black, and the playback menu didn't come up. I could go back to the home screen, and other content played back just fine (including files in the same format and codecs, but with even higher bitrates), but this particular file doesn't seem to be able to play. I will attach the file's MediaInfo, and I can provide the app logs if necessary.
