Feature request: Option to share environments across users #262
Description
With recent updates, it seems it is no longer possible to pip install new packages directly into existing environments on DANDI Hub.
For tutorials and workshop demos, it would be really helpful if we could create environments that are setup with the required additional packages and could then be findable by other users - maybe in the shared environments users folder.
Would the option to share environments across users be possible?
