Ingredients

2 cups cherry berry & kale1
1 serving chia seeds
1 serving flax seeds
1 serving protein powder
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened oat milk2
2 cups water3

Instructions

Recipe

  1. Place ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Footnotes

  1. Can substitute with any frozen fruit/vegetable blend. 1 cup triple berry, 1 cup spinach is a good alternative.

  2. Can substitute with any milk alternative. Fairlife chocolate milk is a good alternative.

  3. Can substitute with any liquid. 1 additional cup of oat milk and 1/2 cup kefir is a good alternative.
