Seek mode

One thing mentioned recently was wanting to be able to seek through a Web Media Session via a dial interface. I could definitely see this being incredibly useful for podcast or video watching, for example.

For reference, I see: XF86XK_AudioForward, XF86XK_AudioRewind in https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/proto/x11proto/plain/XF86keysym.h

No worries, no harm in sending in requests :)

Of course, as you can tell by the project's recent activity (or lack thereof) - there is no active maintainer for the project at the moment. I'm happy to review any PRs sent my way though!
