Adoption requires username and password

The adoption process asks for a username and password but if I am mistaken, we haven't made any for this? How would this be fixed?

The username/password is the same as for your original Onvif/RTSP stream you are proxying with this server.

How would I add username and password to the feed so that it can use it? I don't see instructions for that?
