Describe the bug
If no notes are specified for a plant yet the notes edit modal uses the placeholder text as value.
This forces users to delete the value before entering their own value.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new plant
2. Go to the plant overview
3. Click on the edit notes icon
4. Look at the textarea in the modal

Expected behavior
Placeholder text is not used as value.
