Add animations for mood emoji selection

Add brief 1.5-second animated visual effects when selecting mood emojis. Each emoji has its own effects, like rain clouds for sad, or sunshine for happy. They should match the feeling of the emoji with unique particle effects. They should appear in the background, similar to iMessage, and not prevent interaction with the rest of the app. The animation must be subtle and unobtrusive.
