Fix issues related to short auth timeout

Currently the login timeout for quizlord is short enough to be annoying. Partially because on logout you lose your current route.

• The auth0 config should be updated to include a longer timeout for authentication
• The app should redirect back to the current page when a login timeout occurs so the user doesn't lose context
