Persist incomplete quiz submissions locally #8
Description
As you enter quiz results using the per-question approach after #5 is complete
It will be a high risk (especially when doing a brainwaves) that the tab is accidentally closed mid-quiz
We should persist using some sort of local storage the current state of answers and save it as a "Draft"
