Still supported?

Just checking if you're supporting this package still? As it hasn't been updated in a while.
 
Would be great to add the ability to set the timeout duration when acquiring the lock.
e.g. for scenarios where you know you want to hang on to the lock for a specific period of time and/or you don't want to have to manually release the lock.
