Skip Steps

Hi there!, I have a question. Is there a way to skip one step an goes to another step if something happens in the previous step?
For example my workflow has step1, step2 and step3. Depending on the result of step1, I can go to step2 o pass directly to step3.
Is there a way to do it? Is something we can achieve using Branches?
