Usage examples for all supplied patterns?

I love the patterns that already exist here!

However, for some I'm not sure what the data input is meant to look like so that I get results that the author designed the pattern for.

For instance, the summarize_git_changes pattern. Is it looking for output like

git log --since="7 days ago" -p

No -p? gif diff? Something else?

I'd be happy to provide examples and populate the README.md based on the results. I could even include the output differences between models I have access to, assuming a single pattern folder is meant to cover all models.
