Structural Guidance: Workflow creation framework and commands system

Thank you for creating and open-sourcing PAI - it's an incredibly well-thought-out framework and I'm excited to adapt it for my use cases.

I need clarification on two structural aspects:

1. Workflow creation:

• There's system-createskill for creating skills and system-createcli for creating CLIs
• But how do we create workflows? Is there a system-createworkflow or workflow template? I've seen a few workflows for specific skills, just wasn't sure if the CORE workflow would be any different?
• What's the best way for creating new workflows that follow PAI standards?

2. Commands system:

• .claude/commands/ directory exists but is empty with no guidance
• How are commands created and managed?
• Is there a framework for creating/managing commands?

3. Integrating custom architectural documentation with framework:

• When creating custom architectural docs (testing standards, design patterns, etc.), how should they integrate with meta-skills like system-createskill and system-createcli?
• Should architectural docs reference the meta-skills to guide the agent(s)?

Would appreciate guidance on the intended structure and capabilities.
