History injection is missing

In the current 2.0 repo I can't find where history gets injected back into context. I've had claude try to find it in my install or the repo and it came up empty too. Am I missing something? Is the repo missing something? I'm confused.

Update: PAI v2.1.0 addresses this! 🎉

pai-core-install now includes a complete MEMORY/ skeleton structure with 11 organized directories:

• research/, sessions/, learnings/, decisions/
• execution/, security/, recovery/
• raw-outputs/, backups/, State/, History/

The history system now has proper structure out of the box.

Forgive my ignorance but is retrieval as simple as adding some lines in our SKILL.md to fetch from specific directories?

The context loading system was overhauled in v3.0 — LoadContext.hook.ts now handles session startup injection more reliably. If you're still on an older version, upgrading should resolve this.
