Installing with existing memories, and uninstalling if really wanted

So, for installing, how would it work when I have existing stuff I've had it put into it's global (as well as project) memories. Likewise, if for some reason I end up not wanting to continue, how would I go about uninstalling?

Also, I suppose this is a good question, how do I go about syncing the info/memories/etc between different computers? Desktop vs laptop vs home server (which runs FreeBSD).

I also need to uninstall. I'm on Windows. I do not want to lose everything I had in .claude before I installed PAI.
