Update: We now have a dedicated CHANGELOG-2025-11-20.md file that tracks changes.

Going forward, major changes are tracked in:

• Git commits (with semantic commit messages)
• GitHub releases (for version tags)
• CHANGELOG-*.md files for significant updates

The in-README changelog was removed as it was difficult to maintain and often out of date.

Fixed! Added a dedicated Changelog section to README.md:

New Changelog Section includes:

• 2025-11-25: Path Standardization (Issue Installation path in PAI need to be standardized once and for all #122) - 50+ files updated
• 2025-11-20: Major Architecture Improvements (PAI_DIR system, self-test, protection mechanisms)
• Earlier Updates: Research skill, BrightData scraping, art skills, ElevenLabs fix, security guidance

The README now points users to CHANGELOG-*.md files in the repository root for detailed changelogs.

Recent updates are now visible directly in the README without needing to dig through commit history.
