Updates to capture-session-summary.ts

Hello. I was working through each of the hooks and noticed that data was missing from the session summary docs. Dug into it and it looks like Claude Code made some updates. I submitted a pull request and included the recommended changes per Claude Code. I have tested things on my end and the session docs look to be getting created as expected. Thanks for creating this project. Amazing to see what Claude Code can be extended into.

In the meantime, we've been doing a comprehensive documentation and hooks review as part of stabilizing v1.0. If you have specific issues with session summary capture, please open a new issue with details.

This issue has been addressed:

• The capture-session-summary.ts hook now uses the centralized pai-paths.ts library for path resolution
• Path handling is consistent with other hooks
• The hook properly reads session data from stdin and generates markdown summaries

The original PR #77 proposed syntax updates that are now incorporated in the current implementation. If specific data is still missing from session summaries, please open a new issue with details about:

1. What data is expected
2. What data is currently captured
3. Example of expected vs actual output

The hook is functioning correctly with the current Claude Code API.
