[Enhancement]: Remove Web Search from Parameter Side Panel

What features would you like to see added?

Even when webSearch: false is provided under modelSpecs: for a given model in the librechat.yaml file, it is still possible to enable webSearch and have the model access web content when it is toggled under parameters side panel.

Therefore, we want to be able to prevent webSearch toggle from appearing in the parameters side panel. This should be configurable from the librechat.yaml file

are you using a custom endpoint? because you can customize the parameters set

Hey Danny, thakns for getting back. Yes we are using custom endpoints. I tried adding "web_search" under dropParams in the yaml and it seemed to fix the issue. However, Web Search still appears in the UI under the Parameters side panel.

Since we would like web search disabled across the board, I plan on making a chnage to remove it from the UI under the Parameters side panel when "web_search" appears in the dropParams for all custom endpoints.

Would this change be something I can make a PR into the main repo?
