Model Specs should generate the same model select

We use the model specification, so we have our own model groups in the model selection menu.
When I want to configure agents, the Model Select looks different to the one for the normal chat. Within the model configuration, the models are grouped by provider rather than in our custom way.

It would be great if both selectors looked and worked in the same way.
