Can't upload PDF files

I successfully installed Librechat using the Docker method

In the Docker container all processes are running fine. I've set my API keys and payment method in place.

There are two issues.

1- When I upload a file it returned an error

2- in file management menu, there's no way to upload or organise files

Love the Librechat GUI. Thanks in advance
