How to upload image?

I have enabled openai

 fileConfig:
   endpoints:
     assistants:
       fileLimit: 5

however after docker-compose up --build -d, openai gives no response to my image

I am able to use file upload but not in image format.

fixed it . the preview version no longer supports vision. It should be gpt-4-turbo or gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09
