I have set the following preset in librechat.yaml:

Hi..

The whole thing works, but I can't get the DALL-E3 plug-in to be activated for EVERY new user.

The user could go to the plug-in store and activate the plug-in (key stored). But I would like to ensure that the plug-in is ALWAYS active.

Am I missing something?

I need to add a validation check against what you did, because the tool usage is only expected to work with the right endpoint configured.

Furthermore, credentials, if required by a tool, must be provided by the admin for the tool to work through modelSpecs

Can I ask you if this reported error is resolved, it seems that azure has been having problems configuring the plugin, but after switching to openai, there is no problem at all.
