How To Deploy on Google Cloud: Deployment Logs Displaying Errors - Please Help!

I am in need of help. I have been stuck for months with cloud error. I was not able to resolve the errors with the cloud deployment. The logs are showing issues with docker instructions or deployment configuration files. Can someone please show how to deploy the project on google cloud platform such as: Compute or Cloud-Run?

There isn't a pre-built docker-compose.yml file that will work with GCP Cloud Run, unfortunately:
