As discussed here: #3781 (comment) It's a mongodb version incompatibility. You have to make use of a docker override file to change the mongodb version: https://www.librechat.ai/docs/configuration/docker_override for example, it should work if this is the whole contents of your override file: # docker-compose.override.yml
